$135 deposit per event, applied toward your full event total. Pay only after EHB confirms your date, venue, paid guest count, and travel quote. Select your paid guest range below. Purchase quantity 1 for one event.
- 5–7 paid guests: $85 per person; event total $425–$595 before travel and applicable tax.
- 8–11 paid guests: $75 per person; event total $600–$825 before travel and applicable tax.
- 12+ paid guests: $65 per person; event total starts at $780 before travel and applicable tax.
Minimum 5 paid guests. Host attends free with 8 paid guests; the complimentary host is not included in the paid guest count.
This payment is the reservation deposit, not the full event price. Your remaining balance equals your confirmed event total minus $135, plus travel and any applicable tax. Final guest count and balance are due 7 calendar days before the event; bookings accepted within 7 days require the balance when confirmed.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. If EHB cancels and cannot provide the experience, payments for the canceled experience are refunded. Contact EHB to discuss requested date changes; changes require EHB confirmation.
