Your comfort and choice

I understand that this is beauty education and cosmetic application, not medical treatment. I can decline or stop application at any time. I will review product ingredients and disclose relevant cosmetic sensitivities privately to my consultant before any product contact. An allergic reaction is possible; an event swatch cannot guarantee tolerance. I will skip application if I have an active cold sore, an open sore, bleeding cracks or significant irritation. I will use only sanitary single-use supplies as directed. My consultant will confirm my choice and intake at the event before application. This acknowledgement does not release EHB from responsibility for its own conduct. Photos, personal stories and public affirmations are separate optional choices.

I am 18 or older and am answering for myself. For anyone under 18, please arrange parent or guardian permission with EHB separately.
