Booking and payment
Your reservation
EHB must confirm the date, venue and travel quote before you pay. A confirmed date and paid $135 deposit reserve your event. Enter the host’s email at checkout so booking information reaches the person coordinating the gathering. A pending or declined payment does not reserve a date.
Deposit and balance
The $135 deposit applies toward the event total and is non-refundable if the host cancels. Travel and applicable tax are additional. The remaining balance is due 7 calendar days before the event, through an EHB payment link or Shopify POS. For a booking accepted within 7 days, the full remaining balance is due when EHB confirms it. EHB will confirm the exact due date and amount in writing.
Guest count and inclusions
Standard gatherings welcome 5 to 10 guests, with a maximum of 10 per consultant. Each booked guest receives two full-size EHB lipsticks, guided shade discovery and an optional I AM affirmation activity. More than 10 guests requires a custom quote and staffing plan. Product choices depend on available stock.
Final count
Confirm the final guest count 7 calendar days before the event. Reductions before that deadline follow the published package prices, with a $300 minimum event charge. After the deadline, absent guests or reductions do not lower the confirmed total. Guest substitutions are welcome. Additions require EHB approval, available stock, staffing and payment. Unused product allotments for absent paid guests can be given to the host, subject to the agreed selections.
Changes and event responsibilities
Cancellation
Email EHB promptly with your booking reference. If the host cancels, the deposit is retained and any event balance already paid is refunded. There is no additional cancellation fee under this policy. The deposit is not refunded because an individual guest cannot attend.
One date transfer
Request a transfer in writing at least 14 calendar days before the original event. One transfer is permitted to an available date within 90 calendar days of the original date. It is effective only when EHB confirms the new date in writing. Payments transfer to the new event; changes in travel, package or guest count are quoted for approval. Requests outside these terms are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
If EHB cannot deliver
If EHB cancels or cannot provide the agreed experience, the host may accept an available replacement date or receive a refund of payments for the canceled experience, including the deposit. Contact EHB promptly if severe weather, illness or venue closure affects the event so options can be discussed.
Start time and readiness
The guest experience starts at the agreed time. Late arrivals or host setup delays may reduce available consultation time; extensions require EHB availability and an agreed quote. For ten guests, plan approximately 2½ to 3 hours, with setup and cleanup separate. EHB confirms your schedule and access time before the event.
Host coordination
Provide a suitable, clean indoor area, safe access and lighting, seating for guests, and a place for EHB’s setup. Confirm who provides tables, chairs, power access and any venue requirements before booking. Share the guest preparation instructions. Individual guests make their own application and photo-consent choices.
Prepare your gathering
Right after booking
Save your order receipt and booking reference. Confirm the event date, start and end times, venue address, travel quote and contact number with EHB. Tell us about access steps, parking, venue restrictions and any accessibility needs so we can plan together.
Seven days before
Confirm the final guest count and settle the remaining balance. Review the setup plan, arrival time and any venue instructions. Share the guest preparation guidance below with each woman. Please do not collect or email guests’ private health histories; guests can speak privately with their consultant.
On event day
Have the agreed space and seating ready before EHB’s arrival. Keep food and drinks away from the product and tester station. Allow time for individual intake and shade discovery. Encourage guests to enjoy the experience at their comfort level. Tell guests if others will be taking personal photos.
EHB’s setup
EHB provides the agreed lip products, sanitary application supplies, mirror reveal and affirmation materials. Elaborate backdrops, throne chairs or special decor are included only if listed in your confirmed package. Your written event confirmation identifies any table, chair or power requirements.
Before your experience and caring for your lip
Before your visit
Arrive with clean lips when convenient. Do not pick or aggressively scrub them beforehand. Tell the consultant about relevant cosmetic or ingredient sensitivities and any current lip irritation. Ingredient information should be available before application; if a known allergen cannot be ruled out, choose a demonstration without skin contact.
Your comfort comes first
Do not try products on lips with an active cold sore, open sore, bleeding cracks or significant irritation. You may still enjoy shade education, a demonstration and the affirmation activity without lip application. Let the consultant know privately. A quick event swatch cannot guarantee that a product will not cause a reaction.
During discovery
Complete your own brief intake before a hands-on try-on. Do not apply shared testers directly or reuse an applicator. Ask your consultant for help. You can decline or stop application at any time. Photo permission, public affirmations and sharing personal stories are optional.
Wear your signature lip
Keep your products for your own use. Apply to clean lips, following the product label. Use the placement and layering steps your consultant demonstrates for your selected combination; lightly build coverage and allow layers to settle as directed. Keep your Lip Story card so you can recreate your look.
After wearing
Remove gently with a suitable remover you already tolerate. Avoid rubbing irritated lips. Keep caps closed, applicators clean and products away from excessive heat. Follow label shelf-life guidance. Stop using a product if it causes discomfort; gently remove it and seek professional care for persistent or worsening symptoms. For breathing difficulty or severe swelling, seek emergency help.

Complete your event forms
After booking, the host completes the Host Details Form and shares these links with adult guests:
- Guest Participation Form — each adult guest answers for herself. Private intake and final application consent are confirmed at the event.
- Optional Photo Permission Form — each guest can choose yes or no. No permission means no promotional photography or recording by EHB.
These forms send responses to EHB by email. Do not collect or email guest health histories. For guests under 18, arrange parent or guardian permission with EHB separately.
Individual consent
Each guest completes a brief private intake before hands-on application. EHB supplies individual consent forms at the event. Photo and video permission is a separate optional choice. The host cannot consent for other adult guests. Please discuss minor participation with EHB before booking.
